About of Bhadrakali Mandir Ahmedabad:-
According to Vayupurana and Devipurana, Lord Shankara was not invited to Daksha Raja’s Ashvamegh Yajna, so Goddess Sati got angry and took Agni Samadhi in Yajna Kund.
Mother Bhadrakali appeared from the lap of Goddess Sati and destroyed the Yajna. According to Durga Chaptasati, the deities were troubled by the demon Mahishasura and sought help by worshiping Mother Bhagwati.
Mother Bhagwati appeared in the form of Bhadrakali. All the gods and goddesses offered their weapons to Bhadrakali of Bhava, then the four-armed Sata Bhadrakali rode on the Chit, assumed the form of Raudra, made a fierce yum at Mahishasur village, and killed him.
The gods thanked Satana and performed their night (Durga is water is a chapter to be praised).
He promised that whenever I would be summoned, all three of them would be included in Hajj 5 Thai Mata Bhadrakali. The interest of Mahakali, Malayami, and Mahavati means mother Bhadrakali mother Bhadrakali Materi; Khabhayarini disruption is also practiced in yoga. Fruits are sacrificed with Sakya Stuti at the time of Mandi Yama Puran. This massage alone removes the votes.
વાયુપુરાણ અને દેવીપુરાણ પ્રમાણે દક્ષરાજાના અશ્વમેઘ યજ્ઞમાં ભગવાન શંકરને આમંત્રણ આપવામાં ન આવ્યું તેથી દેવી સતી ક્રોધિત થયાં અને તેમણે યજ્ઞકુંડમાં અગ્નિ સમધિ લીધી.
દેવી સતીના કોંધમાંથી માતા ભદ્રકાળી પ્રગટ થયાં અને યજ્ઞનો વિધ્વંસ કર્યો. દુર્ગા ચપ્તસતી પ્રમાણે રાક્ષસ મહિષાસુરથી ત્રસ્ત થઈને દેવતાઓએ માતા ભગવતીનું આરાધના કરીને મદદ માગી.
માતા ભગવતી ભદ્રકાળી રવરૂપે પ્રગટ થયા. તમામદેવ-દેવીઓએ પોતપોતાનાં આયુધો-સત્રો ભવની ભદ્રકાળીને અર્પણ કર્યો, ત્યારબાદ ચાર હાથવાળી સતા ભદ્રકાળીએ ચિઠ ઉપર સવાર થઈ રૌદ્ર સ્વરૂપ ધારણ કરીને મહિષાસુર ગામે ભીષણ યુમ કર્યું અને તેનો વધ કર્યો.
દેવતાઓએ સતાનો આભાર માર્યો તેમની રાત (દુર્ગા પાણી છે અધ્યાય શકાય સ્તુતિ) કરી.
રે માતા મકાળીએ વચન આપ્યું કે જ્યારે જ્યારે મને સાદ કરવામાં આવશે ત્યારે હાજ૨ થઇ માતા ભદ્રકાળીમાં તના ત્રણેય ૨૫ સમાયેલા છે. મહાકાળી, મલયમી અને મહાવતીનો રસ એટલે માતા ભદ્રકાળી માતા ભદ્રકાળી મટેદ્રિ; ખભયારિણી વિક્ષેધનો પણ યોગ થાય છે. માંડી યમ પૂર્ણત સમયે સકાય સ્તુતિથી ફળની આહુતિ આપવામાં આવે છે.

કર્ણદેવે રાજદેવી માતા ભદ્રકાળીની સ્થાપના કરી …
પાટણના રાજા અને ગુજરાત રાજ્યની સ્થાપના કરતારા રાજ કદિને આશાવલના ભીલ રાજાને હરાવી કર્ણાવતી નગરીતી સાબરમતી નદીના કિનારે સ્થાપના કરી.
નગરની સ્થાપતાના ભાગરૂપે તેમણે સૌપ્રથમ રદેવી મા ભટકાળીની સ્થાપના કરી.
ઇ.સ. ૧૪૧૧માં જ્યારે અહમદશાહ બાદશાહે કર્ણાવતી નગરીના વિસ્તારમાં અમદાવાદ શહેર વસાવ્યું ત્યારે એક કિલ્લો બનાવરાવ્યો હતો, જે ભદ્રના કિલ્લા તરીકે ઓળખાયો.
અહમદશાહ પછી થઈ ગયેલા બાદશાહો પણ માતા ભદ્રકાળીમાં આસ્થા ધરાવતા હતા અને તેઓ માત્રતા હતા કે આ શહેરની અને રાજની યશ-કીર્તી તથા સમૃદ્ધિ મા ભદ્રકાળીના લીધે છે. એવું કહેવાય છે કે મુગલ સૂબા આઝમખાત તરફથી દર દશેરાએ માતા ભદ્રકાળીને ચૂદડી અર્પન્ન થતી… ભગવાન સ્વામિનારાયણ જ્યારે અમદાવાદ પધાર્યા ત્યારે અમદાવાદી નગરદેવી માતા ભદ્રકાળીના દર્શન કર્યા હતા.
માતા ભટકાળી મંદિરના તે સમયના ગાદીપતિએ પ્રસાદરૂપે માતાજીતી ચૂડી આપી, જે આજે પણ કાળુપુર સ્વામિનારાયણ મંદિરના ગૌખમાં બિરાજમાન છે.
માતા મટકાળી મંદિર અમદાવાદનાં ધાર્મિક ચહેરાના પ્રતિબિંબરૂપ છે. ગુજરાતના ઇતિહાસના અભિન્ન અંગ જેવા ભટના કિલ્લાના એક ભાગ તરીકે ભટકાળી મંદિર સતતયુગ, મોગલયુગ, મરાઠા યુગ, બ્રિટિશ યુગ જેવા અનેક સત્તાપલટાનું સાથી રહ્યું છે.
આજે પણ ભટ્ટના ચોકમાં કે ત્રણ દરવાજા ખરીદી કરવા આવેલા અમઠાવાદીઓ અધવા બહાસ્ગામના લોકો માતા ભદ્રકાળીના દર્શનાર્થે આવવાનું ચૂકતા નથી.
ગુજરાતભરનાલોકોમાં માતા ભટકાળી મંદિરની લોકપ્રિયતાની કોઇ જ સીમા નથી. કદાચ, આ કારણે જ ગુજરાતી ફિલ્મ્સા અમર કવિ-સંગીતકાર અવિનાશ વ્યાસની એક રચનામાં મટકાળી મંદિરનો કંઇક આવી રીતે ઉલ્લેખ કરાયો હશે… ત્રણ દરવાજા માંડી, મા બિરાષ્ટ્ર સરકાળી માડીના મંદિરીયે ગુવારી જેવા હાલી..’ તેમનો જ એક બીજી રચતામાં પણ મઢકાળી મંદિરનો અનોખો ઉલ્લેખ છે….. મળ મહીં બિજ, રુડા માતા ટકાળી મીડ જમે ત્યાં જતોતી, સતા દુખ કે ટળી… અમડાવાદ બતાવું ચાલો… ટૂંકમાં, ભાવિ મંદિરના ઉલ્લેખ વિના અમદાવાદના ઇતિકાસનું વર્ણન અધૂરું છે.
