Enhancing transportation has been made possible by the ferry service between Hazira and Ghogha, which can carry 180 trucks, 2,000 people, 280 passenger cars, and 200 two-wheelers per day.

Terms and Conditions of Ghogha Hazira Ro-Ro Ferry Service:
- Current Booking closes 1 hour before ferry departure.
- Boarding / Check-In closes 30 minutes before Ferry Departure. No show of passengers / Vehicle for boarding will be treated as automatic cancellation and no refund shall be issued.
- Half fare shall be applicable for children between 2 to 12 years of age.
- All passengers are requested to carry a valid photo ID proof. Smoking / Spitting / Chewing Tobacco on the Ferry and within Terminal premises is prohibited and punishable by law. Penalty @ Rs. 2,500/- shall be charged from defaulters.
- Carrying and Consumption of alcohol on the Ferry and within Terminal premises is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offense.
- Passengers are requested to wear the wristbands issued from ticket counters throughout the journey. The absence of a wristband shall attract a penalty of Rs. 500/-.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy of Ghogha To Hazira Ro-Ro Ferry Service:
- 30 days before the Date of the Journey: 90% Refund
- Between 2 and 30 days before the Date of the Journey: 80% Refund

Today I planned a trip from ghogha to hazira to save my time in travelling and currently travelling too. I have to reach bombay airport by 4 pm so l planned my trip accordingly. According to the portal the reaching time was supposed to be around 10.30 to 11, but now your team members are saying that the trip is delayed by 3 hrs. After inquiring your team members they said that they knew beforehand that the trip was going to be delayed due to poonam. If the crew already knew about the delay they should inform the passengers beforehand so that they plan their trip accordingly. Now i am stuck cause i have to reach bombay airport by 4pm, if we reach hazira by 2pm how am i going to reach bombay airport by 4 pm.All the money is now wasted i am having a huge loss. You should atleast provide the passengers with food, food alone costs 1500 -2000
