Higher Education Get 21 Day Diwali Vacation: Gujarat Govt State Education Minister Jitubhai Vaghani today declared a 21-day Diwali vacation this year instead of a 13-day Diwali vacation which was effective during the last two years. Vaghani in a tweet made an announcement that: Various associations in the domain of higher education had made a representation that as Diwali is the biggest family festival for Hindu dharma, the Diwali vacation should be 21-day long instead of 13-day, and a required announcement should be made.
