- The ticket will be valid only till the date of travel prior to departure.
- Reporting time should be 45 minutes prior to departure.
- Current booking closes 45 minutes before scheduled departure subject to seat availability.
- All passengers are requested to carry a valid government-issued photo id proof.
- Children aged 3 and below can travel without purchasing a ticket.
- Passengers are required to wear a mask at all times.
- Correction of name is not permitted in a ticket once booked so please make sure to book using the correct name.

Refund And Cancellation Policy Of Mumbai To Alibaug Ro-Ro Ferry
- No show tickets are non refundable and non modifiable.
- Please note that in case of cancellation of ferry service on account of:
1. Bad/inclement weather condition,
2. Maharashtra Maritime Board(MMB), Govt. of Maharashtra’s orders/notice,
3. Technical circumstances, - Ticket booking amount shall be refunded to passenger less taxes/handling charges.
- If a passenger arrives late and is unable to board the ferry, the following will apply:
1. If seats are available on the same day, the passenger will be rebooked with a 50% surcharge.
2. If there are no seats or if the passengers declines to travel, the ticket will be treated as a no-show. - For bookings up to 25 passengers*, the following cancellation policy will be followed:
